Fliqpy and Splendont were a popular yaoi couple that was seen often from late 2012 and throughout 2013. It is still popular today but fanart and stories have died down drastically.
The couple started because both Evil Flippy and Splendont were "fan favorites" and were getting lots of fangirls. Everyone decided to pair them seeing as how they were both the "hot" and also evil/antagonistic characters. The couple was somewhat at rivalry with Lifty/Splendont but Fliqpy with Splendont seemed to get much more fanart.
