Harold is a young, but very rich peacock that often wears a fancy suit to lure his victims. He is known around town as just a youngster and nobody has any idea that one of his hobbies is killing. He usually kills by stabbing and he buries the bodies under his mansion. He has a very calm and charming personality, making getting his victims usually easy. He also enjoys showing off how rich he is in town.
